 I got this idea from ColorfulBottle, and I think it's genius!

A lot of new bloggers don't know that it is actually very rude to leave your link the comment section of someone else's blog. It comes across as insincere, as if the only reason you're commenting is to steal their popularity. At the moment I don't moderate my comments, but I do feel a twinge of disappointment when someone says something such as "cute blog! check out mine here..." - and I should note that I don't go look at these blogs. It's the same with facebook pages, too.

If you want to get noticed by someone, leave a few interesting and meaningful comments on their posts! Actually read the words instead of just scrolling to the comment section! I love good, long comments and and almost certainly will pay your blog a visit.
