Blue glitter nail polish from Born Pretty Store!

I love this glittery little polish I received from  Born Pretty Store to review! It's pretty dense and looks perfect over a black. I think it'd also look great over a silver or light blue.

This can be used without a base colour, but it takes more coats. This was four coats, and I definitely prefer seeing another base coat peeking through.
